SAKLI VADI VILLAS
Sakli Vadi means Hidden Valley and is a perfect description
of the Kaya Valley itself.
These secluded three properties are situated in Kinali a little outside Kaya
Koy village towards Gemiler. They afford a wonderful view all round the breathtaking
Kaya Koy valley.
After six seasons with Tapestry the owners, Sandy and Jon, are now letting
the Byre, The Granary and the Forge independently.
The Byre:
The largest cottage fully restored in award winning sympathetic local style.
Built into the rock the hallway leading to a fully fitted kitchen, Double bedroom
and en-suite bathroom. The large lounge has a wood burning stove a balcony
with two single beds. A walled pation garden, well established flower beds
trees and a covered pergola. Total privacy poolside is assured by steps through
a gate up through the garden.
The Granary:
The most compact cottage in its own garden, two level patio with room to sunbathe
on one and enjoy al-fresco dining on the other. Fitted kitchen and shower room.
The orginal corner hearth in the lounge/double bedroom , was once used to both
cook and
heat the
house.
A few feet through the secluded garden is the plunge pool and Kosk abouve the
Byre.
The Forge:
Topsy Turvy
is a good description. The lower part of the house, the double bedroom, has been
hewn out of the rock and faces west. Accessing the lounge either from the garden
or from the bedroom up the traditional stone stairscase. The garden surrounded
by a high wall ensures privacy and provides a perfect place to sit watching
the glorious sunsets we have nearly every day. This is favourite cottage with
honeymooners.

The Fig Garden

A three bedroom stone cottage located in the Kaya Valley with
views across the fields to the old village ruins.
Surrounded by an array of fruit trees, notably figs, pomegranate and quince,
The Fig Garden is a peaceful haven, somewhere to relax and avoid the stresses
of everyday life.
The cottage has a large terrace and a good sized pool. (the pool is shared
with the owners who live in the cottage opposite)

Each villa can accommodate either 4 adults or 2 adults with up to 3 children sharing.
The gardens are stunning with meandering pathways leading down to the shared large, palm-decked 'figure of eight' swimming pool, adjacent to the picturesque ruins of three ancient cottages.

KAYA HOUSE
Kaya House, a private villa, was built in 2004 in traditional Turkish style, completely in harmony with the environment, on a piece of land of 1.500 meters.
The house consists of a living-room with satellite-television, fireplace, dining area, modern open kitchen with gas-cooker, oven, big refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher and washing-machine.
- Villa sleeps 4 (+ small child).
There are two spacious bedrooms, a separate toilet and bathroom.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a big wardrobe and chest of drawers. Also there is a child-cot for a child of the age of 1 till 5 years old.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds and a chest of drawers. - Air conditioned throughout.
