There are no "extra" charges for
Air Con, electricity, water, laundry etc. The villa price includes: linen,
towels, welcome
hamper and cleaning for the advertised number of beds. Extra beds:£50,
per person per week.

CAR HIRE: We have negotiated excellent car hire rates for the 2008/9 season. Simply add £34 per day or £215 per week to have a four door air/con car waiting for you at your villa. Jeeps and other cars available on request, Ask for prices. (You may want to note that cars and fuel is actually more expensive in Turkey than the UK.)
SEASON:We are open nearly all year round, please email info@gunaysgarden.com for details of off-season rates, group bookings, group discounts, weddings, walking holidays, photography, writers groups, birdwatching and archaeological tours.
SHORT STAY: We can sometimes offer a short stay in Gunay's Garden at short notice. The "villa per night" price is £100, €123for the two bedroom villas and £111, €137 per night for the three bedroom villa. Call now for summer/winter availability.
TWO CENTRE HOLIDAYS: in Istanbul and Kaya Koy.... 2010. Istanbul is the European Capital of Culture. No better place to celebrate cultural diversity than Istanbul, - no better place to relax than Kaya Koy. Capadocia is also available by request. We arrange bespoke personal travel for our guests.
